2. Products & Orders

  • We specialize in handmade wreaths, floral arrangements, and home décor. Each item is unique and may vary slightly from product photos.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.
  • All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

3. Payment & Billing

  • We accept payment methods supported by Shopify.
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete billing and shipping information.
  • If a payment is declined, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship orders using reliable carriers. Estimated shipping times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.
  • We are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • Once an order is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • All sales are final. Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds.
  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of the packaging and damaged item. We will assess the issue and determine the best resolution.

6. Custom Orders

  • Custom orders require additional processing time.
  • Half the price will be due at time of agreement of the design to be created, no refundable.
  • Due to their personalized nature, custom orders are final sale and cannot be canceled or refunded.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content, including product images, descriptions, and designs, is the property of RB's Creative Creations and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
  • Our handmade items are for decorative purposes only and should not be exposed to extreme weather or heat sources.
